Viamove is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our walk tracking services:

• Location Data: To track your walks and generate heatmaps. This data is processed locally on your device.
• Health Data: With your permission, we read step counts and activity data from Apple Health. Viamove does not use HealthKit data for marketing, advertising, or use-based data mining, and we do not share your health information with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Device Information: Basic device model and OS version for technical support and improvements.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide real-time tracking and historical walk data.
• Generate personalized analytics and trophies.
• Improve the app's performance and fix bugs.

3. Data Storage and Security

Viamove uses SwiftData for local storage. Your walking history and personal data remain on your device and are synced to your private iCloud account. We do not have access to this data, and it is never stored on our own servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use Apple services like MapKit for maps and WeatherKit for weather intelligence. These services are subject to Apple's own privacy policies.

5. Your Choices

You can enable or disable location tracking and Apple Health integration at any time through your device settings.

Since Viamove stores data locally and in your personal iCloud, deleting the app will remove your local records. You can also manage or delete your synced app data directly through your device's iCloud settings. We do not maintain any copies of your location history or personal data on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Viamove is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems immediately.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Portability: You can view your data directly in the app. Since data is stored in your iCloud, you have full control over it.
• Deletion: You can delete your data by removing the app or clearing your iCloud storage for Viamove.
• Opt-out: You can withdraw consent for location or health tracking at any time via iOS System Settings.
